Kabook (available at https://Kabook.com/). These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of our website, mobile interface, and Kabook app. When you register an online gaming account, place wagers or visit our live casino, you consent to adhere to all regulations of this agreement.
1. User Eligibility & Account Registration
Age Limitation
You must be 18 or the legal age for online wagering in your jurisdiction. Minority gambling is not allowed.
Single Account Rule
The maximum number of active accounts that users can have is one. Opening multiple accounts with the aim of taking advantage of promotions, playing with market restrictions or avoiding restrictions will lead to instant closure of all accounts and loss of account balances.
Accuracy of Information
You must provide accurate, verifiable details during signup. Providing false identities or forged credentials amounts to a substantial violation of terms.
2. Mandatory KYC & Account Verification
Kabook is required to verify known customers in order to satisfy the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and to ensure the security of the platform:
- We have the right to demand official government-issued identity documents (Aadhaar, PAN Card, passport, or driver's license) and bank account ownership documents at any time.
- Unavailability or inability to provide the necessary verification documents within the stipulated time periods could result in withdrawal holds, account suspension, or closure altogether on our fast withdrawal betting platform.
3. Sports Exchange & Casino Wagering Rules
Bet Validity
A bet is only valid after being accepted and recorded by our match engines. Kabook will have the right to cancel or re-price bets caused by apparent technical malfunctions, mispricing in the market, or downtime.
Back and Lay Execution
Our live sports betting exchange matches are based on real-time market liquidity and peer matching. Unmatched trades at market closure will be automatically cancelled.
Settlement Policy
Sports exchange bets are settled on the basis of official match results in sports governing bodies. Wagers settled will not be altered by subsequent administrative reversals or appeals by the law.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Turnover Requirements
THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT BAN
Deposits and cashout requests should be made and transferred to bank accounts, UPI are processed, or digital wallets under your legal name. Third party transactions are not accepted.
1X TURNOVER REQUIREMENT
Any deposited funds will have to be wagered at least once (1x turnover) either via in-play sports wagering or live casino tables prior to initiating a cashout on our instant UPI withdrawal app.
WITHDRAWAL EXECUTION

5. Prohibited Conduct & Disciplinary Action

Any accounts which are found to be engaged in fraud, manipulation of matches or harassing customer support agents will become automatically suspended, with any pending payouts automatically cancelled and permanently banned.
